    Bristol Event Center offers a comprehensive wedding package for $5,500, including setup and decoration time from Friday morning to Sunday noon. This includes a pre-wedding meeting, tables, chairs, linens of your color choice, and coordination services. We accommodate 150 guests with the option to extend up to 300 for an additional fee. Our venue features 8,500 square feet of indoor space and an expansive outdoor area with a covered patio. A $500 non refundable deposit is required to secure your date. We also provide a preferred vendors list for ease of planning. Visit our social media and website for photos and feel free to contact us for tours or any questions.

  • Timing

    Upon booking and deposit, typically 6 to 12 months in advance of event, a vendor list, checklist, and calendar will be provided.

    Progress payments to be made as event approaches. Meetings and conferences held as needed.

    “2 weeks out” comprehensive meeting held to thoroughly review all details, vendors, servers, coordination, etc.

    Facility is available morning of the day before the event for wedding party.

    Wedding party checked out by noon the day after the event.

  • Wedding Day

    Heather and/or Claudia will be on site during the entire event, and are available the entire duration, from the day before until checkout the day after the event.

    They will assist with finalization of vendors to coordinate as needed and requested.

    These two are there solely to assure your day is the best day possible, to relieve the bride (and groom) of any stress or details, to assure it is a beautiful day.
